Investigation Services and Risk Assessment

 

Investigation services are provided for special education and disability matters (under the IDEA, Title II, and Section 504); sex harassment and discrimination; racial harassment and discrimination; hostile environment concerns; transportation issues; and general employee or employment matters. Records can be provided electronically or in-person and all documents are in compliance with privacy laws and organized efficiently for your ease of use.


Mediation

 

Education Resolutions offers special education mediation under the IDEA and Section 504. We can work with high conflict individuals and entities to ensure that all agreements are tailored for institutional compliance and student success.

IDEA mediation training is also available for state and local educational agencies to help assist your team with high conflict matters, resource scarcity, and special education legal requirements.

Hearing Officer Services and Arbitration

 

Education Resolutions can provide hearing officer or arbitration services to some states, either remotely or in-person, depending on your state laws and needs. Hearing Officer services for IDEA, Section 504, Title IX, and Student Discipline matters are available in some states, and will result in high quality, neutral final orders with an organized record, and compliance with your state or local hearing laws.
